oh my gosh! That's where they got the murphy bed idea from...the one that folds into the chest of drawers looks like a Japanese futon!

do you think they "jump on the bed"? I don't think it would be as bouncy as ours that are on box springs.

I don't have one on springs, because mine has drawers underneath. So mine isn't bouncy anyway.

I grew up with a water bed. Not a good idea to jump on those. Lol
though I had a more traditional bed when I was a kid. (Which I did jump on)

Even though I was never really allowed to, jumping on a bed is a rite of passage for a kid!

When I was in a foster home, I slept on a bunk bed. I jumped on that and ended up falling off and hitting my head. But hey, I didn't have to do any chores that day because of it. ^^

I had a friend who had a water bed, that was so wierd to sleep in, like floating on a pool but on sheets.

That does sound very strange. I've never slept on one, or seen one in person, but it sounds weird.

I've slept on a murphy bed but it is kind of like a futon, wasn't too bad. I was staying at a friend's and they had a murphy bed in the office room for guests.
