I saw that "whipped coffee" is popular. But the recipe says to only use instant coffee crystals and not fresh brew.

I went to the store and Nescafe brand has instant coffee. It's in little individual packs.

I think I actually prefer cold coffee, I like latte's but the cold coffee seems to cut the bitterness.
