It actually is supposed to be very good for your health & building your immune system.
My coworker drinks the instant bone broth packets that you add hot water to but I think the best is to boil those bones yourself for a few hours. <I guess it is kind of gross when you think how it is made>
I love eating home made soup.

Bone broth flavor is so much richer than a premade stock or a bouillon cube. The bones probably add some magic to the texture.
