Gotta say...

I am so zoning out. I just need to get the mojo I need but it sucks getting out there and doing what I gotta do. I've been feeling out of it. I tried resting, eating better, and exercise. I know it must be because I'm slowing down inside things, yup things have been changing.

I'm fatigued from the last couple years of shutdowns, I think it played havoc in so many lives.

Eating better & exercise will at least give you a chance at a clearer mind! Good for you!!

Give yourself a little recognition & praise at your accomplishments, regardless of how small they may be. A step forward is a positive step in the right direction!
