I have cooked pancakes on top of my forge.
Do not question my ability. Can you forge a waffle?
Because I'll forge a waffle plate and lock it together and put it in my forge for the regular 3:30 min cook time.

3600 - 4800 degrees in an insulated and heat refractory forge depending on how much fuel is Inputed.
And if the blower is operated 1000cfm of air is enraging the flames, thus fore the 4800 operating temperature.
Very efficient forging.
