Maybe? Idk all I really had was breakfast, too much ice cream, and one night of sushi while on the cruise
Also apple juice and lemonade for drinks
Off the cruise what I had was fairly standard
And I've done candy like what I did on the cruise before without doing this

Everyone is different to some extent. I know people who break out when they overdo chocolate, some others sugar, then for others there's dairy, and then like myself greasy foods. Basically eating the good-ole greasy cheeseburger with french fries and a mega all-real chocolate shake is doomsday for the complexion!

I've had all this before without this kind of breakout, but all fairly separate from each other
Maybe it's a combo of?
Or a sunburn in WNY is different from a sunburn in Cozumel?

Hard to say. Other factors such as stress, lack of sleep, etc., all reduce your body's ability to deal with things it might normally tolerate.

it takes a few days to pop up so could be different temp, humidity, or the sunburn making skin changes...hormones...were you rubbing your face more during the trip? Also change of sleep pattern... we will hope it clears up soon! Drink water to help flush your system!

So the back of my hand looks like I have eczema cuz of it
