Cotton is QoT because she knows so much and I started calling her that and it's practically her official nickname now
I'm the Knight Captain of Tea because we even have a whole kingdom devoted to it XD

QofT inspired me to research tea and I found this documentary about the origin of tea, Yunnan. It's sub'ed and it comes across as a little more propaganda than a true doc, but it answers a few questions and is interesting if you're interested in tea.
