With me it seems I keep on lurking on avatar sites I swear I'll be active on XP

I have the job, it's just that I'm not union yet just company, so if they decide to yeet me the union won't do anything
If I make union, then it'll be really hard to do so
I'm hoping I make union, because then I will have this job for a good while

Kit... are you getting more into a routine? Off the probation yet?

It's 90 days to union
Until then I'm just company
I'm about a month and a half in, got about as much left

Half way there is great! It will be over before you know it! What shifts are you on?

Third
2300-0700 every Monday through Friday
Tho they've been mandating Saturdays as well

Oh, still the night shifts then. How are you finding that? Do you mind working those hours? Are you getting enough sleep?

Yeah, factory work doesn't bounce you around on shifts like retail or food service
Getting enough sleep and all that, though when the nieces are over, especially the older one, it's hard to sleep because she has no concept of quiet

Maybe that is also because your niece loves her Auntie and wants to spend time with her?

Naw, she's just got no concept of quiet
Or retaining information

But both likely won't be back for a while cuz both have been terrible
Though they did insist on helping me clean my room, despite the general lack of space
Older one ended up handling the dust pan, the younger I'd find a small thing here and there for her to send to mom

All I can say is cherish the moments together...they may be annoying at times but when you look back you miss them! You are fortunate to be part of their lives.

I'll like them better when they're older and can behave a lot better
Especially if the younger gets plenty of time away from the older so she can grow into her own without being influenced/cocered into what her sister wants

Each age has it's own benefits. One on one time can be invaluable.

Yeah, and they're quieter when they're not together. Even the older of the two is quieter
