Those are dresses, so if anything, overskirts
Butt capes are a lot more practical
You take a cape and mount it at the shoulders. Can be a short butt cape (at/above the knees) or long butt capes (down to the ankle)
I'm gonna have to switch to my iPad, but I can rough it out cuz it has SketchBook Pro

Some sashes go all the around, some don't, some are thinck, some are thin
But it's practical, not decorative
I love my butt capes <3
Edit: also, butt capes you generally wear pants under, not skirts
