I've seen birds flying around inside home depot before.

I am surprised you were able to catch the mouse, they usually have lots of places to hide.

I can get lost myself in home depot, some of them are huge inside.

Dad was impressed too. Also about the fact that I didn't get bit in the process

Ya, I wouldn't be catching mice anywhere in my hands ... in case I got bit or it was carrying some disease.

Home depot has some cool plants but I wish they carried more variety in store.

I wanna know what you did with it. Putting it outside would only be temporary.

Work is usually 15-20 minutes driving
Yay for the main roads being barely plowed and the back roads not at all knocking that up to half an hour :eyeroll:

Coming in, I'd fishtailed into the parking lot, came close to smacking the plow waiting for the light to change so he could leave, and somehow didn't, yeah i drove home slow

Wow! Is it unusual for snow this time of the year?

Not my first time fishtailing, either

Normally, no, but the weather's been so haywire lately it's harder to predict
Used to be from November/December through a good chunk of April was snowy, but the roads would be fine cuz it would've been so consistent. With this whacky weather, not so much

Fortunately I only have to worry about sudden down pours of rain ...which thankfully is not very often.

Do you have to put on special winter tires?

Pretty sure the car has winter tires on, but not my vehicle

Swept uo the living room. Some of the vomit is stuck to the floor but I got a good chunk of it off. Still gonna need to sand the rest out or something
Puppy pads are down, around the litterbox as well. Once dad clears out the one corner, now that it isn't more or less blocked by old cat poop, I can take care of the shelves there and take those down, which will free up space for the shelves I'm gonna put there so I can display even more stuff. And move others I have out
It's a long process but it does mean the living room is closer to completion, even if it does more or less rely on other rooms being done at the moment
Got a lot of random junk out of the fridge. Should probably remove the Gatorade and 7up as well but they're unopened so idk yet. As well as mom's booze. Still needs a proper cleaning, though, which will require unplugging it and letting it warm up. I have thermal bags for the frozen stuff and I'll be doing it on a weekend so the chances of "keep refrigerated" stuff is gonna be fairly low. And if I really have to, I may be able to borrow some space with one of mom n dad's freezers for the frozen stuff. And possibly the fridge
So even though yes technically the kitchen was the first room done, there's still a lot to do in it
