Sorry for being so absent everyone! Got word that the competition is on April 2nd!

Been practicing!!! Looks like it will be a coffee tasting. I can pick the brewing method, my beans, and what I want to pair it with. I need to share a little bit about why I picked the coffee and what kind of coffee it is and why I chose to pair it with what I chose.

I am extremely nervous lol
But I am excited

If you make something you enjoy then it should be easy to spread that enthusiasm !

And if you have made it for friends you can also tell them you are asked why you don't sell it in the coffee shop ( or something similar), and comments others have had about it ...smooth, exhilarating etc.
