I didn't know that! That's outrageous! I mean I could understand if it came from the factory with cheese on it and someone has to take it off, but really? What's the reasoning behind that?!

Costs more by like 5 cents, but still. Should be like 95 cents or something if a cheeseburger is $1.

All in all, $5mil is too much for paying a half dollar more.

Also, i had a customer go through drive through asking for 3 mcchicken meals and I rung up 3 mcchickens and 3 fries. Yeah, i should have said I can not ring them up ad meals, but i didn't think about it.

They got mad, yelled out "this mcdonalds didn't do it right either!" (Didnt do it right? Come inside and try doing it. I can't and I worked here 2 years.) And cussed and stormed off.

At that point, i have come to realize 2 things:

1. I should have mentioned I can't ring them up as meals. That is my bad. I was tired, shift almost over and itnwas real busy. But even if I did do that, they're the type to argue that they had it done before and demand me to do something I can't control. (It's all the computer. If the computer isn't programmed to ring mcchickens up as a meal, i can't do anything about it. That statement is bullshit and you know it.)

2. They have been going from one McDs to another. All they have to do is ask. I would gladly explain why it was rung up the way it was and apologize for not mentioning it sooner. It was a mistake on my part for not mentioning it. But they were petty and acting like children. I dont need their bitchy ass attitudes there anyway. (Sorry for the language, but its really annoying getting cussed out for something you can't control and having a customer storm off without bothering to ask why every McDs aren't ringing their order up the way they like.)

Btw, ringing up a mcchicken, med. fries and a soft drink would amount to pretty much the same price as a meal, if just a few cents more.

Wow, what a terrible attitude. If something like that kept happening to me, I would either ask about it, or just accept it and not mention it. I definitely wouldn't each and every McDonalds I went to for what was happening. I'd realize that there must be a reason for it. I can get pretty angry at times, but even I know that isn't worth it.

Like, the only things we can ring up as a meal are the big sandwiches on the extra value menu. Numbers 1 thru 9.

If it dont got a number, it can't be rung up as a meal.

Breakfast it a tad bit more tricky, but its mostly the same concept.

Also, saying you want the number 2 will get rung up as a quarter pounder meal. If you want just a sandwich, it will make all our lives easier just to say quarter pounder.

You have no idea how many people get mad because we rang up a meal when they only wanted the sandwich when they say I want the number 2.

What I hate is when a "meal" (as in number) costs more than the individual items ordered separately.

I've been burned so many times that I watch the register display to keep tabs on the price and always ask for a receipt and check what's on it pretty much every time no matter where I shop. :/
