I am so proud of you! slow and steady is fine and you will see results after a few months and should feel better.

Swapping higher carb foods out for similar lower carbs helped me, but I have trouble also with digesting fatty foods so I also reduce those.

Some people can draw and it looks like an actual photograph...I'm in awe of those. But I also like the freehand drawings that are quirky or cutesy.

drawing with a stylist etc is very difficult for me.

I did Kitalpha's Inktober event one year and just took a photo of the drawings and uploaded them to imgur and posted that way.

I can't draw at all, lol.
That sounds like it could be pretty difficult, but it's probably easier than using your fingers.
That sounds like fun. There was a writing month thing that some people do as well. Where you have to write a certain amount of words in a single month.
