Oooh when sleeping yuh same

I'm amaze at people that can sleep under bright lights! :0 It's curious as to how they can relax when the light is stimulating (hurting lol) the eyes

Speaking of flashlight, horror movie charas need a very bright flashlight lol, and not wonky ones HAHAHA

I need some darkness, but I've been able to sleep with light, yeah. Even sometimes with a lamp right beside me

Impressive
This makes it easy to sleep even on broad daylight

While I can sleep in mild darkness, still prefer total darkness. The eyes feel more comfortable as such.

If I'm tired enough the light level doesn't matter--I can fall asleep standing up when I get to that point!

I think complete darkness helps me stay asleep too (I'll wake up less in the night).

Wow, huge mood! When the body is very tired, sleeping under broad daylight is possible too HAHA

How do you kept your body balanced and not fall over when standing while sleeping though?

Ohh yes, it does help in getting a better quality of sleep.

I guess I should call it micro-sleep. I'll dose off and quickly wake up (probably only a couple of seconds, but I never looked at a clock or anything. Oh, I should probably clarify that I'll usually be leaning against something and not free standing.

I hope no one is ever that tired as I was. It's dangerous!

Ohh I see, oo good thing ya have stuff to learn on lmao

Yeah indeed, it would be cool if the body can balances itself perfectly well even asleep, otherwise it can be rather dangerous, especially if the head went and hit somewhere as we fall

Do yall feel charged after getting micro-sleep?

I believe monkeys sleep sitting up. I think hoofed animals can sleep standing too. If we could sleep standing it would save a lot of room in my bedroom--my bed takes up a lot of space! lol

As for feeling recharged after a micro sleep, perhaps for a couple to a few minutes. Then I'm back to fighting to stay awake again.

HAHA, if we can sleep while standing, we can invest on some sort of 'wall-bed' instead of regular beds through attaching a bed to the wall.

Ohh I see, that's really handy! I always admire people that can get sufficient energy and the rest needed from just a few minutes of nap. It's very handy when we have some assignments to pass up soon and have to stay up the whole night to complete it.

I used to pull all-nighters (and well into the next day stints). It probably varies from person to person, but unless I can get a couple of hours nap time, I'm better off pushing through because it's way harder for me to get up again once I'm asleep if I don't get enough of it.

Like I said, avoid being so tired you involuntarily micro-sleep. It's like your body is in such a sad state it's short circuiting. Not good!
