I have some *words* for the post office of my town right now. I'm so mad.

It better be a glitch or something because I'm not about to have spent $20 on nothing!

This wasn't even the order I was concerned about!

I ordered some plastic chips, like bingo chips kinda thing and ntag 15 stickers so I can make my own animal crossing amiibos (not gonna sell them, just for myself and maybe close friends but I ain't about to get a cease and desist letter from nintendo rn). It was supposed to be delivered today. In fact, it said delivered, put in mailbox....


That was 3-5-21. It is now 3-6-21, 1am, and my package was never in the mailbox.

I also ordered a 2ds because my 3ds no longer works (and I don't care for 3ds, it messes with my eyes) and I've been wanting to play new leaf. That's the one I'm supposed to be worried about, but I think someone delivered my package to the wrong place....... if I don't see it this weekend, I'll be not happy.

I am so sorry you are having issues with your delivery. Delivery delays have spiked this past month. However, if it says delivered to mail box then that is a different issue.
Your carriers have a GPS tracking in their scanners so when they scan it delivered to mail box it connects to that tracking number where they were when they scanned it.
Never wait if it shows delivered and you have not received it. Some carriers have phones & can be notified of a problem while they are still on the route.
I would notify your local Post Office that the package says delivered but you did not receive it...maybe it went to your neighbor...if you have a mail box that does not have a lock then you could be a victim of a porch pirate or mail theft.

If the package was sent priority mail it automatically has $50 of insurance included.

Do not call the 800 # instead go on to USPS.com and file a mail loss if you are unable to contact the local office directly.
Alerting the Post Office there is an issue allows them to see if there is an issue of theft or delivery.
If you make a file with the Post Office you can use that to try to get a refund from the sender. You can also contact your credit card and let them know there is an issue. First see if the post Office can find your package.
