peppermint bark is white chocolate (sometimes with flavored peppermint mixed in it) with pieces of peppermint in it, layered over dark or milk chocolate.

like almond bark but with peppermints!

Williams Sonoma peppermint bark supposedly uses a custom blend of triple distilled peppermint extract. I miss it so much.

Yeah, it can. I recommend going through the official ws site even though they charge extra for shipping. The Amazon offering has questionable reviews.

No, I don't think so. My mom eats mochi ice cream and I'm totally jealous.

We do have a sur la table around here somewhere, which I discovered when we were thinking about new dinnerware. It's hard to find both lead and cadmium free ones.
