By 'make', I mean melt chocolate chips and add extract, then refrigerate into flat bark. This may be how we discovered Williams Sonoma, actually, because I remember monopolizing part of the fridge for science I mean sweets.

LOL yeah.... we just don't have the ingredients and equipment to do simple stuff like that, so it's a hassle to go out and buy them!

Well, we just got a 16 inch roasting pan last Thanksgiving, and to fit it needs to be at an angle. I think the handles add some bulk, but this is a popular roasting pan, I think. Our house is several decades old, though.

Weirdly, sixteen inches was the reasonable option. So I'm pretty confused about oven sizes.
