I'm making chicken Parmesan. I bought the wrong cheese (muenster instead of Monterey Jack) and burned my hand.

Ouch! Hope it wasn't a bad burn and blistered... the chicken parmesan should still have come out tasting good even if you used muenster.

It's ok, I pulled away quickly. I'm just injury prone. I'm covered in bruises and I don't remember how I got half of them.

The food came out better than I hoped. But it's mostly what my family thinks that matters, and they enjoyed it.

Do you like to cook? I'm looking for new recipes.

ISE: I like to cook but most of my cooking is with no recipes - I just wing it. However, I do follow recipes for desserts.

Eruca: the summer items are fun- I can atleast pretend I'm out there enjoying the sun. Your avatar looks dressed up for a summer festival - OBON maybe?

Hahaha, the sun is very pleasant when you're not actually in it. Is what I think. It's so very hot.
As for my avatar, I just never got around to playing around with the summer items yet.
