I just hate to be all hot and sweaty because I overheat very easily and I hate to be freezing as well so a nice temperate temperature is great with me...plus my flowers love that as well!

Hopefully it will help me sleep good...last night I thought I might get called into work and so I kept dreaming I was at work but everything kept going wrong in my dream...I woke up realizing none of what I dreamt could ever come true but it sure didn't feel like it when I was dreaming it!

It always happens that way

If you wake up in the middle of the night from a stressful dream always remember to just breath! Same goes for if you're going to bed with something bothersome in your head

I'm the worst for laying down and starting to think about things of the day or things coming up. I felt like someone gave me a jolt of caffeine last night...it took me forever to get to sleep...and then the alarm woke me up to get to work.... :cry:

well...it's not nightmare/horror kind of bad dreams...its more frustrating or an action movie type.

So glad you don't have bad dreams, npixelz. A restful, good sleep is very beneficial for the body.

I have too much lack of over all control at work and that frustration comes out in my dreams...too many situations where I feel limited or unheard in my life and feel like banging my head against a wall (figuratively speaking).

I can control my dreams sometimes.

If I die in a dream, or something goes wrong, I just say "no, go back", or "let's try that again" and rewind time to retry whatever it was.
Or sometimes I decide to add things or remove things from a dream.
