I can't eat them either. The funny thing is most snacks are filled with carbs--and carbs make you hungry, so you want more snacks...

I typically find that a good percentage of samples in the Costco, Trader Joe's, etc., are things I wouldn't eat/flavors that just seem weird to me. I guess I'm not a foodie. :/

maybe you could eat them Viv! They dissolve fairly easily, much easier to swallow then chips, and they don't have popcorn husks/kernels!

I'm not sure on the carb ratio but I think they have less calories.

Hm, maybe. I'm not a fan of experimenting with food now. I am five months away from living six months past 'probable death.'
