What is purple noise good for?
"Violet noise, with its intense high-frequency content, can create a sense of calm and relaxation, making it useful for stress reduction and meditation." This is taken off from Google.

If you need something to help you sleep, they said: What color noise is best for sleep?
“Green and brown noises are thought to help with falling asleep, and brown noises are thought to help with staying asleep a little better. Pink and white noise can also be helpful for sleep, as they all block out external sounds,” she says. Jul 27, 2023

Hopefully that helps but my best advice is to look it up and research on which color is the best for your needs.

Yeah, I found them pretty interesting and good to know, I tend to switch them back and forth but most of the time is the music ambience.
