Hey, you told me to tell you if the slow loading issue wouldn't go away. It's been three days now and I'm still waiting between 6 and 10 seconds for every page load. This site has a much higher ping time than other sites, too.

I don't see any lost packets, so that's good. Can you post a tracert when you see the long pings? We need to figure out where the holdup is.

Yes. Looks like the delays begin at hop 9.

From there the delays stack up.
Unfortunately, this is not under our control. We only control the end point. It may clear up, but there's nothing we can do on this end as it's not an issue on our end. You could try a proxy and bypass your ISP and see if that helps. But I think if you're experiencing it so are a whole lot of other people routing through telia.net and it will get looked at eventually.

You're right, I googled it and apparently I am not the only one having trouble with lag from telia.net. I tried routing through my university, but it doesn't really improve anything since att.net is super slow, too. Guess I'll have to live with it. :/

Really sorry we couldn't help. Like I said, if others are having issues with telia, I'm sure someone will fix it eventually. Thanks for your patience as we'd miss you if you left us due to the lag.

That said, please feel free to let me know anytime if there's a problem we can fix as I'd like nothing more than to make the Windlyn experience as fun as possible!
