OK, next time you have an issue:
1. Press Win+r
2. Type "cmd" and hit enter
3. Next type "ping windlynonline.com" (no quotes)
If you get any packet losses, then it's an internet connection problem.
You can track down where the internet problem is happening:
Next:
1. Press Win+r
2. Type "cmd" and hit enter (no quotes)
3. Next type "tracert windlynonline.com" (no quotes)
This will show you each hop your connection takes to make it to Windlyn. If it fails anywhere or shows an unusually long time along the way, this is where the problem is.
We have had our share of server and internet problems, so it's good to ask (although you know how to check yourself now!), but in this case it seems like it was on your end somewhere.
