I am not sure if this is even a bug [solved]

I was looking at the local times on my post it is an hour behind, and I am on Eastern Standard time. The time below my avi said 10:52 but my actual time is 11:52. I am just curious about this. I'm not really that worried, I'm just wondering why it's like that. Does it count daylight savings?

Daylight savings is a manual flip, so if you have it set as no, it'll be off
