So the car I looked at had a lot of minor problems. Like the muffler needs to be changed, the a/c needs to be charged, needs new wheels, etc. I feel like too many problems. But I'm looking at another tomorrow and seems better choice because this time it is gonna be at a dealership, where it is probably fixed up by a mechanic.

good idea t hold off and look some more...if it already shows it needs work then chances more then that needs to be done.

Sometimes if you can pick up a car from a senior who had their license taken away because they can't drive anymore, I've seen some good deals that way - low mileage etc (just make sure it wasn't because they had been getting in accidents!)

As far as I know, there was no accidents. It was just worn out. The guy drove it for six years mostly downt the interstate. I just want a car that doesn't have so many problems on it.
