Here's how it works:

Personality: Quiet, seemingly very intimidating, in reality, she's just too shy to talk to anyone.
Backstory: She's always been intrigued by human culture, and has been lingering around an unlucky human for a few years now. She has never said a word to him, which only makes her more intimidating. She likes his fancy socks.
Anything else you'd like to add: She has a strange fixation on frilly human clothes (Hence the ruffles). She's a kleptomaniac, the skull she's wearing was stolen from a human. Her favorite things to steal are little religious trinkets from churches, despite the fact that they hurt her if she's not careful.
