I have been trying so hard not to eat much sugar this week - and to cut back on the carbs -which is so extremely difficult for me! Got to find some healthy alternatives for that 3 pm slump I get.
Red: around 3 is when I do crave sweets - I think my body is looking for quick energy and the candy dish at work is a BIG temptation and we don't generally take breaks so what I eat has to be quick. But I have been trying to take a yogurt / small bags of carrots/veggies, which contain natural sugars but hopefully better then candy! I was doing a breakfast bar but think I will switch it to nuts.
