it's just that dressings make my tummy feel sick afterwards so I don't eat that much of them. Now the Japanese salad dressing with the shaved carrots and ginger...I could douse my whole salad with it...sooooo yummy.
I craved cucumbers like crazy last year. On my salad would be 75% cucumbers, with ranch, eggs, and carrots. Also topped with cheese and those crunchy red things, not sure what they're called.
I had one of those cucumber phases too, though I don't think it was that much. xD I would love some crab meat in a salad right now with ginger dressing, but I have none of those.
soy sauce and olive oil would probably be good on a cabbage salad - add some sesame seeds and a touch of garlic and ginger - I could see that being tasty.
Count down for school being out - graduation week end and traffic will be bad and the restaurants full.
