It's saying "Please type in username" and at the bottom of the screen it says "Username/password incorrect" Redid like several times. Nothing. Since my friend is assistant manager, I told her about it and she will see what is going on.
I had to reset an account I had because it was doing that. Turned out they had changed how the user name was supposed to be ( it was by email address before but not anymore - and they had me change it, resend me a temporary password to log in and change the password once I got on). Not sure if that is what they will do for you -
