I already have a whole layout of how it could be done

What do you have planned for it?

Two phases
First, haunted mansion; you catch at least 6 Ghost types, each giving you a different group of outfit items for a specific category
After that you change your outfit using these items for the second phase
Second, trick or treating; you go up to houses and battle the owners
During the battles, there's a chance of either a trick or a treat happening
Tricks mean all Pokemon on the field get hit with a status effect
Treat means all Pokemon on the field gets one Stat boosted

I know, right? It'd be cute if they had holiday gym leaders. I imagine Easter and Valentine's Day themes would be cute, too.
