Unless there is an actual injury, many aches & pains can be relieved by stretches, warm or cold compresses, massages, staying hydrated, being rested, reducing stress.
Many over the counter medications started off as having to be prescribed. If you ever have any questions about OTC meds or which is the best to take for certain symptoms then ask the Pharmacist - that is what they are there for!
I wish they did not make the rules for insurances so complicated.
