I have had a head ache for a couple days now, I think it is related to feeling dehydrated...but I have been trying to drink water and gatorade. Maybe its the barometric change.
Hope you feel better soon Lemon! Maybe you could try smelling lavender or peppermint? That's what helps me sometimes. Your body might be low on Magnesium, so eat more fibery foods like squash or broccoli!
can't do lavender as it makes my nose plug up but peppermint is a great refresher.
now that you mention it... I haven't been eating as many salads lately. But I feel better this afternoon and I have been eating fruit which has more fiber.
