I think there are a few places that do NOT change their time...
"In the United States, Hawaii and Arizona skip the practice, as do American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. But why skip daylight savings? Experts cite safety, health, and climate issues as reasons why daylight savings shifts should be abolished."
"Outside of the United States, most of the world doesn't observe daylight saving time. According to the Pew Research Center, only about a third of the world does so. Most of the countries that observe it are in Europe, while a few are in Latin America and the Caribbean."
Something I didn't know <because I thought it was Ben Franklin who invented DST>:
"George Hudson was the first to propose modern DST, in 1895. New Zealand entomologist George Hudson first proposed modern DST. His shift-work job gave him spare time to collect insects and led him to value after-hours daylight."
