I love that you are letting us watch something for the challenge! And it makes me look closer at what time period it is...for example, I watch "Poldark" but that is set in the 1700's not the late 1800-early 1900's of Victoria's reign. But the outfits are still very similar and I do love the look of some of the clothes they wear.

I thought it would make Victober more accessible by including movies and TV shows. I love Poldark - I haven't seen seasons 4 & 5 yet. I love seeing how clothing evolved from the two periods.

we are supposed to get back into the 80's (25-30C) this week end...but the evenings cool down now.

hello! Fortunately our weather is fairly mild all year long so my roses are constantly blooming. We get some hot weather but generally not for longer then a week and we can get some down to freezing temps at night in the winter.

That sounds lovely. We get all four seasons, really, but summer seems forever since it’s almost constant 100 degree plus weather.
