I like a sunny day...just not a HOT sunny day...stay in the high 70F range and I'm good.

But, yeah, high 70F is perfect. Not too warm or cold.

Freezing rain is terrible. So is melted snow in shoes.

ugh, squirrel's here are such a menace, they dig huge tunnels in the ground, eat any fruit or veggies I try to grow multiply like crazy, chew through wires etc. I would view them differently if there were not so many of them or if they just left my things alone.

No wonder squirrels have a bad reputation. Comparing a person to a squirrel is rarely complimentary.

I would go to a park with a friend and she'd feed the tree squirrel's and we thought it was cute..they were fat and fluffy... WHAT WERE WE THINKING!?!?!? That was before I had first hand experience with ground squirrel's. Tree squirrel's might drop shells on your head or poop on you from above but I never heard anyone curse them out. Maybe the cold climate kept their numbers low? Sunny California is a squirrel haven!
