What can you drink for a hot beverage?

I’m wearing a long sleeved shirt, a sweater, and wrapped in a blanket. Yesterday there were sweatpants too it was so cold.

My problem is partially that I lost 10 pounds I needed and can’t retain heat anymore.

I can’t drink warm liquid. Mouth and throat are partially numb, which is a minor inconvenience.

We try to avoid using heat or A/C, hilariously. I’m pretty comfortable in my blanket. But I will take that hug!

It just feels colder at night.
