I think I sleep with 6 pillows...one between my knees, one at my back and 4 to prop my head and neck so I don't put weight on my shoulders.

There are times I sleep with no pillows. I have a neck fusion which makes most pillows uncomfortable. Discovering my penguin can serve as a pillow made my sleep a lot better.
