When I was outside today I saw 50 quail...don't think I have ever seen that many at once...there may have been more but I lost count when they started to run <probably saw me,haha>.

We’ve been harvesting dozens of oranges from our tree, and there are still 30 or so left!

I love fresh oranges from the tree...they are so sweet! Do you have the easy peel ones or the big oranges?

One nice thing about our area is people share the fruit from their trees.

The fruit from our neighbor's plum tree got eaten by wildlife...we only got a few but they weren't ripe all the way at the time and by the time we figured they were ripe there was none left! <humans are not the only ones who like fruit>.

The mild ones are good for juicing though.

We used to have pears, but I think the tree was diseased.

My pear tree will start out with maybe 6 pears and ends up with only one pear every year. This year the birds got to it before I did!
