I hope everyone is able to do some relaxing & getting caught up on sleep.

Funny thing is the only virus I am hearing about is people testing positive for the regular flu...so what's up with that? Do they not test for the COVID if they are positive with the flu?

That's pretty much it. There are not enough COVID tests to test everyone, so they're trying to limit who they test. Unless you show more symptoms of COVID, they just give you the flu test. If you happen to have both the flu and COVID you fall through the cracks so to speak, but although that's rarer by comparison, I've read it's still possible and has happened.

I know they're only testing for COVID-19 if hospital patients are showing symptoms and they're finally testing health care workers.
