With a mermaid tail I wouldn't be able to walk, plus wings look cooler even without the ability to fly. So I'd choose wings.

Probably ability to speak, because life would get really tough being illiterate lol. There are other ways to communicate without speaking.. but skills are mostly useless without reading.. plus how can i enjoy the internet lol

i get more satisfaction from survival mode, so i'd rather play survival! although creative is a lot of fun, too
