naw,I was hungry when I was tired so probably needed some energy. We are shorthanded at work this week and I went to a late meeting and so I am more tired then usual I think and I don't get a lunch break so no time to rest. My arms feel like jello though so I am going to shower and see about going to bed early - but first am going to go outside for a walk before it gets dark because that might get the blood flowing.

Probably need energy from food. It's your body reacting. I know that when I get stress sickness, I just start shaking, I feel hot and I am afraid to eat. I ate one time when I was in that state, I threw it up and became instantly hungry again and felt better after I threw up. It is strange.

I watered my plants outside (since today is one of the 2 days we can water) and took a shower so feeling better but think I will go to bed early still. I know what you mean with stress messing with the stomach.
