I saw a photo of a real baby penguin and it was all covered with a light brown fur. I wouldn't have known it was a penguin if I had just come across it. It's amazing how much a baby animal can change. Look at the baby panda bears for example, or the kangaroo... even baby kitties change quite a bit.
