Originally rainbows are supposed to be a reminder of God's promise not to wipe out human kind - or was it the earth not to be completely covered with water ever again? (I'll have to look it up unless someone knows for sure?)

Somewhere I think I have a picture of a clear and a "softer" rainbow together, does double rainbow mean double pots of gold?

But wouldn't that mean double the leprechauns?

Maybe since the second is softer, there's less gold?
