Red is a lucky color and bright so it stirs up good feelings

I think of spring rain washing away cherry blossom petals. I think it was just last spring that the Cherry Blossoms in D.C. fell too early/were washed away by impending rain forecasts, so they had to cancel the festival, which was 2 weeks away (o n o)
