I'm thankful for my new video game!
Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I've been waiting a year for this new game and i'm a huge fan of the franchise
I was even lucky enough to get the special edition!

Sadly i haven't seen it yet... It was based off the game released in 2013 though and it looks amazing

I think I may like the original Tomb Raider better, but I will have to watch it again to be sure.

I have to agree with you, Gingerale. While the new one wasn't terrible, I think the original was a better movie. The new one is entertaining and covers Croft's origin story so it kind of had to be made. I'll reserve judgement on who is a better Lara Croft after watching the next one (if there is a next one).

With the game that came out in 2013 and the two games after that weren't connected at all to the other movies or games. It's a new story entirely

This is a good thread with the US Thanksgiivng coming up this week.

I am thankful I have a job that brings in money so I can pay bills and have a little extra to spend ( even though said job is very frustrating sometimes!).

Indeed, it is. However, we should be thankful all the time, not just at Thanksgiving. ^^

I am thankful for my friends. All these likeminded people I've met over the years, who like me for me. Who have fun with me at my best, and help me at my worst. Who accept me for who I am, both my strengths and my weaknesses. Who point out said strengths, when all I can see are said weaknesses. Thank you, all of you, for being my friends.

I am thankful for holidays. They're a time of joy, of family, and of peace. Like how one day, during one of the wars, on Christmas, both sides laid down their weapons and played soccer, or something. For just that one day, the world was at peace. That's what holidays are all about. And I'm thankful for that.
