My country only sent 13 athletes for the Rio Olympics where as one of them already earned a Silver Medal for the Weightlifting competitions. Her name is Hidilyn Diaz and we're very proud of her achievement ^_^

I have an idea for an olympic sport...but it's not really famous, no one really hears about it, or watches it. Roller Derby! It's a great way to strengthen your core and it's mostly a mental skill which is great!
