there's a search bar for all of the forum on the main forums page at the bottom and you put in the words that should be in the title.

ex: Halloween 2015

It'll search all threads and posts with Halloween and 2015 in the post/title.

I would have tried pirate items to search...wonder if that would have worked? Sometimes I try to search for stuff but forgot what it was called and then give up the search...yes I guess I get frustrated easily

It doesn't go by a tag search or anything. When you mentioned November and Treasure Hunt, I looked up Halloween 2015 (though I could also search Treasure Hunt and I saw Halloween 2015: Treasure Hunt

There wasn't an item guide then so I had to pretty much assume and the theme was Costume Party......




Of course it was that one. Treasure Hunt, Treasure Boxes, Costume Party..... definitely when the pirate things came in.
