Baja Fresh is a restaurant that we have in California - not sure if it is in other States, doubtfully in other countries - there menu is americanized mexican food, by that I mean it has fresh produce, not generally deep fried - the general burrito's, tacos ( I think fish is their specialty), enchilada's, salads... not super spicy.
