today was cloudy... no moon for me

I missed the moonrise because I was eating dinner and forgot to look (actually I expected it not to show until later). There was a moon out when I left for a meeting but it was clouded over by the time I got out of the meeting. The "biggest" time is right as it rises because the Earths atmosphere appears to enlarge it.
