ugh. was it for a regular vaccination? I would have to psyche myself into the vaccination days. Does Australia vaccinate for all the same things as the US and Canada I wonder?

Yeah, stuff like that. But it really hurt though! And the lady had a container of lollies right there on the table and she didn't even offer me one.... Every one else did....

I'm sorry you had a nasty nurse Ali! < sends you hugs>
and when it hurts in your arm is usually because they didn't do it right or used a bigger gauge needle like Polaris mentioned. However, the one in your hip usually is a little uncomfortable because of the pressure. One nurse I remember slapped my hip when she did it so it would distract me from the needle.

Ouch... On a positive note: I just bought Pokemon Moon! (The new Pokemon game for those of you that don't like Pokemon or if you've been living under a rock)
